SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY
We currently ship within Canada only. International orders are not available at this time.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders include tracking.
You will receive:
An Order Confirmation once your order is placed
A Shipping Confirmation with tracking details when your package ships.
CURRENCY
All prices on our website are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
PO BOXES
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid Canadian street address at checkout to avoid shipping delays.
MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once your package has been shipped, LuxbyAura is no longer in control of delivery timelines.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we can only file a claim 30 days after the original ship date. Once the claim is accepted, we will gladly send a replacement.
LuxbyAura is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and product safety reasons.
ADDRESS ERRORS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Please double check your address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, a standard re-shipping fee will apply.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing:

We cannot accept claims made after the 3-day window.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, you will still be responsible :
Unclaimed packages
Refused deliveries
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned due to an address issue, you will be charged for:
The original shipping
The return shipping
Any additional handling fees
