Shipping & Return Policy

At LuxbyAura, we are committed to ensuring your skincare and cosmetics products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our policies below before placing an order.

 

Shipping & Availability

We currently ship within Canada only. International orders are not available at this time.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping & Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation once your order is placed

  • A Shipping Confirmation with tracking details when your package ships.

Currency

All prices on our website are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

 

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid Canadian street address at checkout.

 

Return Policy

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Once your package has been shipped, LuxbyAura is no longer in control of delivery timelines.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement if necessary.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we can only file a claim 30 days after the original ship date. Once the claim is accepted, we will gladly send a replacement.

 

Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us before shipment, a standard re-shipping fee will apply.

 

Shipping Discrepancies

If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@luxbyaura.com

We cannot accept claims made after the 3-day window.

 

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges (including return shipping fees, if applicable) are non-refundable.

If a delivery is refused, both the original and return shipping fees will still apply.

 

Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Address

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You will be charged for the original shipping plus return shipping costs

  • If LuxbyAura covered your original shipping, you will still be responsible for return shipping and any related handling fees.
