Return Policy
Missing/Delayed Shipments:
We cannot control anything once we ship out your package. If a package states it has been delivered but it is missing, let us know and we can file an insurance claim and send you a replacement package. If your package is delayed/lost, we cannot file a claim until 30 days after the original ship date. After that, we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
Address Errors:
It is the duty of the customer to provide their correct address when placing an order. If you write in the wrong address and do not contact us before we ship your package out, we will charge you the standard rate for shipping to your country.
Shipping Discrepancies
Contact Customer Care directly at mailto:luxbyaura@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies (incorrect item received, missing item). LuxbyAura will not be responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.
Non-Refundable
Please note that shipping charges (and returns charges if applicable) are non-refundable. You will still be charged the shipping fees and any return fees if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.
Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address Provided
Please note that any unclaimed shipments, refused shipments or returned packages due to wrong address provided are subject to the return shipping costs plus the original shipping charge that was paid by LuxbyAura to send the package. If the shipping costs were originally paid by the customer, only the return shipping costs and any fees associated with the unclaimed or refused shipment will be charged to the customer. Please double check that your “shipping address” is correct to avoid incurring this fee. We will contact you if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
